The characters are more alive than ever in this charming novel of pure escapism. How can you not love the idea of a dream cottage far away from your normal life. A not always easy romance with a new life of possibly.

An Excellent Book.


This is a book which has an excellent plot which couples simple country living with the extravagance of a movie stars lifestyle. The story line carries you along easily and knits together perfectly. The humour in certain situations comes through clearly as does the fear, uncertainty, love, confusion, empathy, concern, friendship and passion.



Maxi Shelton has a gift for drawing character's who come alive on the page even, minor character's who don't feature very much. As a reader you are drawn into the lives in the book and you really care about what happens to them all.
